My parents spent over 40 years building a tour company. When they were ready to sell, they couldn't. The financial records were not in order, there was no advisor to guide them through the process, and they had no idea what steps to take or where to begin. Without proper preparation, the sale never happened. The business closed.

That experience never left me.

I studied commerce and science at the Australian National University, then education at the University of Melbourne. I taught business, economics, and accounting at Xavier College in Melbourne — because I believe financial literacy changes lives. Then I spent four years in consulting, working across businesses of every size.

But Kosa Capital exists because of my parents. Because I know there are thousands of Thai families who have spent a lifetime building something real — and deserve the guidance, the preparation, and the honest counsel that my parents never had. That is what I am here to provide.
